Mi470: 122209

Hey! I got a new tag from Bleah! I'm gonna share it with you. The rule was 7 things you don't know about me.

  1. I have 3, count 'em, 3 sisters. One is my twin. She's a minute older.
  2. I was introduced to Switchfoot in fifth grade by my dad. I'm a bigger fan than him now.
  3. I have had 2 girlfriends. Both relationships were horrible. One had a phone that she would only call me on.
  4. About a year or 2 ago, I had a crush on a celebrity from Disney Channel. I'm not gonna say, but I'll give you a hint. She has an awkward smile.
  5. Last year, people thought I was obsessed with Germ-X.
  6. I want a car, but my parents don't want to spend that much. So, they want to give me...my dad's old mini-van! I'm not happy.
  7. I'm taking all honors classes.

Ya. Now, let's get started. I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled the day after Xmas. Ouch. Now, a fail. Me and my friend had a slap fest today. The final score was 64-4. Guess who didn't win? Fail!!!!!! Today in Biology, we watched the Magic School Bus!!!!!! Yay! That's life. Plus, I think that this is indeed my last post till break is over. Unless I'm at the public library, this is my last post till January 4. I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!

Mi470: 122109

Hola! Apparentally, this isn't my last post till break...yet.
My friend in Spanish has a dad that travels to China a lot. He picked up a copy of 2012 while he was down there. She's thinking about lending it to me! Ya! I got a B on my short story. I was expecting better. Oh, well. Now, a fail. Yesterday, my friend came over. We were listening to his iPod, and he had a CD on it called "Jock Jams." I almost wet my pants laughing. Fail! Yesterday, all of the music on my phone got deleted. So, now, I have to rip all of my CDs again. It's awful. Aparentally, the dog Snuggie I got was too small for my dog, so I had to return it. Oh, today a few people locked me in a room. I did not like it. But, hey. That's life.

-Mi470
P.S. While my friend was over, he introduced me to a great Christian rock band called Decipher Down. Look up their song, "Fading." It's amazing.
P.S.S. Email tambocave@gmail.com. It's Chad Butler's email. I heard it on the collectors edition of Hello Hurricane. He sends you greetings.

Yay! Now, 2 fails! A dude in my Biology class was talking to his friends yesterday. Then, the teacher told him to stop talking. He told her, "Why did you interrupt me? I was talking to my friends." Next, a dude at my lunch table was bored in History. So, he made a paper airplane, wrote on it "Rescue Us! Room 322" and threw it out the window. A few college guys drove their van in the driveway. They saw it, then the dude started waving to the college guys! 5 minutes later, the college guys walked into the classroom. The teacher asked, "What are you doing?" They say, "We're here to rescue you!" The whole class laughs! The teacher's like, "What?" It was so funny to them, they didn't even write anything on their papers till after lunch. This was my sister's History class, by the way. FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday at Walgreens, I got my new wall callender. It's of my favorite show ever, which is "The Office." It also came with a mini callender too. I'm probably gonna hang that in my locker.
Finally, this might be my last post till Christmas break is over. So, for all of you reading, Merry Christmas! May God bless you this holiday season.

P.S. Can we please stop trying to guess how old I am?

Mi470: 121609

Hey. Sorry, I couldn't comment yesterday. Bleah, please help me tag. I don't know how to get to the mp3 tag, or how to tag at all. Please help. Now, for today. Last night was my band concert. It was amazing. We even played Popular from Wicked. We also got a piece just for us today. I play percussion, by the way. It's callen Qin. It's kinda a Chinese thing. It is the best score ever! I'm performing it this spring, so I'll try to get an audio recording. Now, a fail. A while back, I had a dream that I was doing a cover of a Lady Gaga song. I told a dude at school. He calls me Lady Gaga now. Fail! Oh, well. Once again, Bleah, I'm gonna need help. So, please give me detailed instructions. :)

Mi470: 121409

Hey. Let's get started. Today is my mom's birthday. Yay, Mom! One of you was asking how old I was. For certain reasons, I can't give out my age, but I'll tell you this. I'm older than Bleah, but not old enough to drink. Try and guess. I am currently involved in Martial Arts (i.e. taekwondo). For those wondering, I am a high-orange belt. Anyway, I think I get sparring gear tonight. Sweet! Now, a fail. Today, we were watching The Miracle Worker in English. As one scene came up, Annie Sullivan was shaking a doll really hard. This was funny to the class. A girl yelled out,"Look. She's choking it!" How immature we are. Fail! SNL was pretty good. They had Taylor Launter from New Moon (eew) on. Anyway, look up the skit called doorbells. It's so funny. Ya! Turned in my short story today. Hope the teacher likes it. My sister will be in a choir concert tonight. She and her friends have been working on a version of "O, Come All Ye Faithful." I've heard it's good. A girl in my English class is recording a Christmas rap album with her friend, then they'll record their real album. Should be good. I got a new TV this weekend. It's big. It's also my step-grandpa's. With an HD tuner, it could be an HDTV. Unfortunately, those are about $300. Oh, well.

Mi470: 121109

Hola, peoples. Today, this dude in my class had this 8th grader follow him all day. Also, the printing is down in the whole school. So, no printing for me. :( We watched a video of Helen Keller and her teacher, Annie Sullivan, as they were interviewed. It had closed captioning for the deaf, and "Descriptive Speech" for the blind. We were siting there in silence. Then, as Helen put her hand on Annie's face, we hear this rapid voice that says, "Helen puts her hand on Annie's face." We all laughed. Now, a fail. In Biology, we were reading over a lab report. It was about a self-sustained biome. It had shrimp, and a snail and stuff. Then, on one day of observations, someone wrote heir phone number on the snail box, then wrote Missing!!!!!! Fail! TGIF!!!!!!

Mi470: 121009

Hola. Let's get started. First, I'd like to thank all of you for your kind words on my short story. Next, my Biology teacher keeps singing circus music for no reason. Also in Biology, I got an answer right and yelled out "See! I told you!" Now, a fail. Today in Biology (All the interesting stuff happened in Biology today), our teacher asked us why the answer to one of our questions was hypotonic. A kid replied with, "Because we're cool like that!" Fail! That's life for you!

P.S. My new dog is awesome, but she pees on the floor too much. :)

Mi470:120909 Part 2

This is my short story! Hope you like it! 1
Inner Division
By Mi470
No one could predict it. No one could forget it. It was May, a bright, sunny, May. Luther knew that he had to get away. He was sad because of the death of his girlfriend a month ago.
“Oh,” said Luther to himself. “If only I could have saved Lexi form drowning. That awful day,” said Luther. He arrived at his hotel in Baja California. He exited the taxi with a confident look on his face that said that he would get through the mess. Even if it killed him first. With that, he walked into the hotel.
Late in the night, Luther was fast asleep. Nothing could keep him from feeling good tomorrow. But he was wrong. Down on the beach, the water was as still as a tree. It lay blue with a slight greenish tint. The clouds were fading. The lighthouse was vacant, but well-lit. Two night watchmen, Frank and Jose, were out on the beach, upholding their duties as lighthouse keepers, and as night watchmen. They stayed as alert as they possibly could so they could continue watching for incoming ships. Jose stood on one end of the beach. Frank stood on the other. Jose heard a cry from Frank as he stood alert watching for mysterious activity. “Jose!” Jose replied, “¿Qué?” He ran to Frank.
As Jose arrived, He spotted Frank. “¿Frank, qué pasa?” Jose asked the man who stared at the ocean in a gaze that would not disappear. Frank replied, “Agua verde.” The water seemed strange. Just like Frank said, the water was green. Yet, there was something strange about this water as it glowed greener than before. It swirled fast, and a cold breeze circled around it. A sound like a helicopter taking off was made. Frank and Joe
2
huddled together and watched as the sound got louder, the water glowed greener, and as it spun faster. Suddenly, the water rose up as fast as a rocket. Out from it was a creature: A monster.
The men stood in shock as this new thing rose from the water, with hands and feet like talons, black eyes, and a long tail. It roared very loudly. Jose began to swear, but before he could utter the rest of it, the monster picked them up, and threw them into the ocean. Their screams were accompanied by a loud swish that sent the sailing across the Pacific. This creature had a plan and purpose for being here. It spread its wings and took off for the city.
Luther was awake. He blinked his eyes a few times, and sat up in bed. The sun shone through the gray clouds just enough to get him out of bed. He sat up and fixed his light brown hair. Then, he headed towards the hotel restroom. He was walking in when he noticed something strange. He found that the sink was gone. In fact, his whole restroom was gone. He stood in shock as he watched the aftermath of what appeared to be a plane crash. The light glared on his blue eyes. Half of the entire hotel had been destroyed.
Below Luther were remains of bodies. There were fingers, heads, corpses, and even a few legs. Blood covered them all, but it dried in the cold atmosphere. Luther saw a man below him. He yelled out, “Hey!” He whistled, “Hey! Look man, I don’t know what freakin’ happened,” he said in an Italian accent, “but I’m freakin’ getting out of here!” Two police officers were escorting survivors out of the area. Yet, they paid no attention

3
to Luther. Luther asked himself, “What happened?” The faint sound of a police siren could be heard.
He was scared. He didn’t know what he was going to do. He just had tragedy strike last month. He would not let it happen again. To Luther, it seemed that all of this was happening for a reason. He was going to continue his deep thought when he noticed something out of the ordinary. It was a giant footprint. Luther now had a clue as to what had happened. With that, he packed his things, and headed to the town library.
Luther ran in and got out his laptop. He was in a room with ancient Mexican paintings, a dark green wall, and no lighting except form the arched windows. He got on the internet and Googled “Giant, mysterious footprints.” A bunch of ads came up, but there were some good sites too. One of them talked about monsters and invasion. Pictures came up and they were familiar to Luther. He had seen this in movies before. Godzilla, Gamara, and Clover were most recognizable. He thought, “What if this was true? Could there possibly be a real invasion?” He put his laptop up and snacked on a ghoughphtheightteeau (potato). Then the librarian, who appeared to be in he sixties, came over and smacked him in the head. She told him in her best English not to eat his ghoughphtheightteeau in the library. Luther left with a sad look on his face, and took out the snack again. He walked down the street and continued snacking.
When Luther was walking down the street, he had a flashback. It was of the death of his girlfriend. It was April. Both were on a boat. Lexi, his girlfriend, was on the bottom level of the boat. She had her iPod in. She was listening to “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga.

4
As she walked up to the next level, she sang to herself. Luther was on the top level, watching for things that they might bump into. She came up wearing a blue heart necklace, like the one in Titanic. She walked up to him. “Hey, stranger,” she said. They started making out. Then, they looked up above at the stars. Both were unaware of the rock that they ran over.
It made a huge hole in the boat. Water started rushing in fast. Luther jumped up before he could sink. Lexi couldn’t. She died that day, and drowned in the ocean. Luther felt a tear run down his cheek. He loved her with all of his heart. Yet, things happened, and she died. He knew that he couldn’t save her. He stood in pause for a while. His pause was interrupted by a loud roar. It was the monster. This would go bad.
Luther stood as he saw it fly across the island. It was majestically flying like a phoenix. It’s flame everlasting. It opened its mouth and spit out fire. It made a perfectly even streak of burnt ground. As the fire hit the others, it not only burned them, but it burnt through them. It was easy to see that the monster had a plan. The fire blazed so hot. People ran through the enormous amount of corpses. Some ended up running, and fell to the ground bleeding profusely. One ended up running, only to end up burnt severely and decapitated.
The streak continued as the military came. As the monster reached the edge of the island, it roared for all, even the military, to hear. It then flew upwards. No one knew where it would go, or if it would come back. They stood wondering for two minutes. Then, the monster flew down faster than the speed of sound, and where the streak was perfectly marked, split Baja California in two.
5
The people on the floating half of the island were scared. One even wet his pants. The monster stared them down. It roared, and everyone screamed. Then, it picked up Luther. He looked in its black eyes, and noticed something attached to its head. It was a sapphire blue, heart shaped necklace, like the one in Titanic. He knew then the monsters true identity. It was none other than his girlfriend, Lexi.
How this happened, he would never know. Yet he knew why she had come. It seemed that if she died, she would want him to die with her. She put him down, and people gasped. Soon, the Air Force came and started bombing the island and Lexi and the people. Lexi flew off.
Luther loved her, but he still had to choose what to do. Would he sacrifice himself to save the people and reunite with Lexi, or would he let everyone get bombed. He knew what was right. He ran to find Lexi. It was time.
As he caught up, he yelled to her, “Hey, Lexi! Hey!” She turned and knew what he was doing. She swooped down and swallowed him. As Luther fell, her stomach bubbled with sewage. Lexi’s human remains became one with her brain. “This is it,” Luther said. He fell into her sewage-filled stomach.
Lexi’s eyes turned bright red. As this happened, Luther parasitically grew out of her mouth. Then, they froze in time. Soon, Luther and Lexi were shot out, and returned to their normal selves. The heart necklace fell, and landed around Lexi’s neck. They kissed, and everyone applauded. They realized that Inner Division could never keep them apart.

Mi470: 120909 Part 1

Hey! It's been 2 days. Sorry about yesterday. Early release. Let's get to business. I got a new puppy! Her name is Holly! She's a lab mix (we don't know what with yet). I also finished my short story! It's called Inner Division. I'll post it for you! This makes up for yesterday. Now, a fail. Today, a dude in my class said to another dude, "I'm feeling an intimate desire for your mom." I almost choked! Fail! Read my story!

Mi470: 120709

Hey. It's Monday! Yay (sigh....). If you already haven't seen it, I've edited last weeks Friday post. I saw the comments, and felt sad. I told her I'm sorry a lot. Now, lets start. If you guys don't watch SNL, then you missed out. On Saturday, Rihanna was the musical guest, so they made a digital short called Rihanna and Shy Ronnie. It is the funniest thing I've seen this year! It almost made me wet my pants! Look it up. I've been playing Sing It Out by Switchfoot on the piano recently. I'm getting so good at it. Theres no sheet music. I just composed it all by myself. Expect an audio clip in the future. Now, a fail. Today in English 1 Honors, we were reading The Miracle Worker. As we read it, our teacher said that there should be an underlined sentence. Mine wasn't, but a bunch of people's were. Also, one girl yelled out, "There's a booger on mine!" We all yelled out eew......then as most people are curious, a few came up and wanted to see it. Fail! Bye for now.

Mi470: 120409

Hey, TGIF!!!!!! As I said, my computer is broken so I only do posts on the weekdays, but if I do on on the weekends, then it's a surprise blog! If I skip one, then I'm sorry. Now, let's get to business. Yesterday, the newspaper showed a picture of me in it because my Spanish 2 teacher won a great award. It was fun. Also in the paper was my sister's friends grandma, hugging Sarah Palin. Wow..That's weird. Today, my friend that dressed up like that bunny started randomly singing in Band. We all laughed. Now, a fail. Today, I told a female friend of mine that when she smiles, she looks like a horse. Later, when we were laughing about something in Biology (Biology is an awkward class), she told me that when I smile, I look like a horse. This is a fail in two ways. 1. She said it back to me so I got a taste of my own medicine, and 2. This wasn't very nice at all to say to her. I told her I was sorry like 5 times. So, DOUBLE Fail! Today in History, we watched a boring video, so me and a few people in my class played with Play-Doh. It was fun. A dude I know got mad at me for taking his seat in class, so he sat on my desk. I got mad! But hey, that's life.

Mi470: 120309

Hey. Today, on the way back from an assembly at the power plant across from my school, people played the "I'm gonna blow up the school game." Whoever says it the loudest wins. I didn't play. Last night, Switchfoot was on Conan. I didn't see it yet, but I will today. I heard that he held up a vinal version of Hello Hurricane. Wow! Now, a fail. Today was celebrity day at school. Some people came as Marylin Monroe,or Superman. My friend came as a bunny in a magician's top hat. That totally fails. I love watching The Office. For those of you that don't watch it, watch it! It's awesome! A girl at my school owns this one kid's soul. That's kinda harsh. Oh, well.

Mi470: 120209

Hello world. Today is a great day for no reason. If you already havent noticed, I've added the followers gadget to my blog. When I look at it, I feel happy. I'm still feeling a little hungry (even though I gained 5 pounds on Thanksgiving). Yesterday, Presidant Obama announced that the war in Iraq would end in 2011. That makes me happy because I don't have to go to war. Christmas is coming soon. All I want is money. Nothing of interest comes to mind speciffically in gifts unless it's an iPod (Someone stole mine over the summer). Now, something weird. Today, people lined up at Borders to get a signed copy of Sarah Palin's new book "Going Rouge." Last night on the news, they said that 200 people were in line. Then my dad, an anti-Palin fan, said that 6 hours later the line grew. To 201. Now, a fail. My little sister's friend went to see New Moon (I'm anti-Twilight by the way). When Jacob took his shirt off, a man behind my sister's friend giggled loudly in a high-pitched voice. That truly fails. In English, we have to read The Miracle Worker. I was actually in this play. It's become out of control as people keep talking in a fake Alabama accent. Oh, well.

Mi470: 120109

Today is the first day of winter. I'm so excited! This means snow, Christmas, and no school. As a high schooler, that's not average, but it is to me. I heard a song yesterday called Unbreakable by Firelight. A few days before, I heard a song called Cassie by Flyleaf. They are both great songs. You may have heard them before, but if you haven't, I encourage you to. I'm also writing a short story for English. I'll have to upload it when I'm done. Finally, a fail. My neighbor across the street is an elderly man. On Sunday, he put out a Christmas wreath on the front of his house. He kept it in the box still. That, my friends, is a fail. Thanks for reading Mi470. Expect a picture of me soon. Once again, Bleah, thanks so much.

Updates!

Hey, guys. I haven't been here in a while. I just want to touch up on stuff.
  • Couldn't make movie, book, or album because my computer crashed, and my friend couldn't be in the movie. He moved to Cape Giredeau, Missouri (Hope I spelled that right).
  • Recently got Hello Hurricane by Switchfoot. It is the best album in the world and I encourage anybody to listen to it.
  • Thanks to Bleah Briann (a.k.a. Blonde4Christ) for being the first person ever to comment on my blog. I can't have Facebook, so this helps.
  • Turned 15 in July. Got my permit. Fun fun.
  • Since I can't post from my computer, I'll be in the library after school every day doing posts. Maybe even on the weekends.
  • Just discovered MLIA. Really fun fun.
  • Umm...Michael Jackson is dead. :(
  • I currently make Switchfoot mega posters. They have lyrics of songs on them and a picture to go with it. Made them for Hello Hurricane and Needle and Haystack Life. Will try to scan them and normal drawings sometime.

That's pretty much it for now. Thanks, Bleah!

My Special Song

Wat up? In case you didn't know, I am an excelent songwriter. Here is a song called Descendants.

Love, is a winding road,

Traveling to the great unknown,

Fire, is a butterfly,

Filled with the rays of light.

Cause little words can make a big difference,

Something brns inside,

Travel off the road and fly.

I see in time,

Across the sky,

Descendants are watching over me,

The smallest guys,

The longest flight,

Are taking me all across the sea.

You have a gift inside your heart,

Use it wisely all the time,

Travel off the road and fly.

Pain, is the source of hate,

Filled, with too much of this graphic rage,

Stop, before all war breaks loose,

Life, is something you can choose.

Cause little words can make a big difference,
Something brns inside,
Travel off the road and fly.

I see in time,
Across the sky,
Descendants are watching over me,
The smallest guys,
The longest flight,
Are taking me all across the sea.
You have a gift inside your heart,
Use it wisely all the time,
Travel off the road and fly.

The last remark,

The final stretch,

Is full of everything you get,

Your gravity,

Has no effect on you and me.

I see in time,
Across the sky,
Descendants are watching over me,
The smallest guys,
The longest flight,
Are taking me all across the sea.
You have a gift inside your heart,
Use it wisely all the time,
Travel off the road and fly.

I see in time,
Across the sky,
Descendants are watching over me,
The smallest guys,
The longest flight,
Are taking me all across the sea.
You have a gift inside your heart,
Use it wisely all the time,
Travel off the road and fly.

Hope you like it!
